PSE's IT Infrastructure team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Principle Identity Engineer position!

Job Description

This Principle-level Application Developer will help drive and enhance the Identity Program within the organization. This is a technical role on the Security Operations team that will drive the implementation of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IAM infrastructure including Identity Governance & Administration, PAM, SSO, and MFA
  • Automate manual IAM tasks using standard tools and scripting languages.
  • Implement best practices for identity governance and administration
  • 10+ years of hands on Active Directory experience
Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent hands-on experience 
•    General IT experience: 12+ years IT experience, including several years of systems development experience in the design and development of department-wide or enterprise-wide applications.
•    Detailed understanding and 12+ years programming languages (specialized technical requirements as shown in attachment) and strong knowledge of office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
•    Experience with at least five + full life cycle implementations of a new application or purchased application for use at the enterprise level.
•    Possesses full technical knowledge of phases of software development life cycle.
•    Knowledge of systems and/or business analysis design concepts. Demonstrated proficiency in the applied use of systems and process analysis tools. Full system life cycle experience, including development lifecycle methodologies.
•    Acts as a champion in standards and methodology governance, performing code, design and standard reviews for others within the department.
•    Ability to facilitate interactive design and functional specification sessions.
•    Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Excellent technical writing and system documentation skills.
•    Strong analytical problem-solving, and conceptual skills. 
•    Demonstrated project management skills for large sized projects. 

Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years developing an IAM program using one of the following technologies suites or others:
    • CA Technologies - IdentityMinder, SiteMinder and GovernanceMider
    • Okta - Universal Directory, Lifecycle Management, SSO, Adaptive MFA and Governance
    • Microsoft - Azure Active Directory, SSO, Azure MFA
    • Micro Focus - eDirectory, Identity Manager, Access Manager, Advanced Authentication, Data Access Goverance and Identity Governance
  • 5+ years leveraging one or more of the following scripting languages:
    • PowerShell
    • Python
    • Perl
    • Javascript
    • Bash
  • Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust framework
  • Familiar with IAM related protocols such as SAML, SPML, XACML, SCIM, OpenID and OAuth.
  • Experience with Directories, SSO, Federation, Delegated administration, API gateways, SOA services.
  • Experience in migrating from one IAM system to another
  • Experience using one or more of these scripting languages within an IAM orchestration engine
