In January 2018, Seattle Magazine recognized PSE among the the top Work-Life Balance employers in its annual "Seattle's Best Places to Work" issue. We have also received the 2016 Most Valuable Employers for Military award, a 2015 STEM JobsSM Approved Employer, and won the 2014 Fit-Friendly Worksite Platinum award.
For the second year in a row, Puget Sound Energy earned the HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Award for our “exemplary efforts in recruiting, employing and retaining our nation’s veterans.” This federal award is associated with the HIRE Vets Act of 2017 and is the only federal award recognizing exceptional achievement in veteran employment.

Puget Sound Energy continuously evaluates resources to diversify its candidate pipeline.
