PSE's Operations Solutions team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Resource Coordinator position!

Job Description

PSE's state-of-the-art Operational Training Facility, established in 2025, seeks a detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to manage daily operations at 355 Todd Road NW, Puyallup. 


Primary Responsibilities: The coordinator develops and maintains comprehensive scheduling systems for shared training spaces, processing requests from multiple departments while ensuring efficient facility utilization. This role requires expertise in coordinating resources, developing staffing requirements, and creating analytical reports to support departmental operations. The coordinator facilitates resource planning meetings, gathers stakeholder input, and presents updates at regular meetings.


In addition, the coordinator develops and maintains comprehensive scheduling systems for shared training spaces, processing requests from multiple departments while ensuring efficient facility utilization. This role requires expertise in coordinating resources, ensuring proper staffing requirements are met, and creating analytical reports to support departmental operations. 


This position oversees daily visitor operations, including administering personnel check-in/check-out procedures and ensuring records are maintained of required safety briefings. The coordinator may also develop technical reports to support continuous improvement of facility operations.

 

Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct.  Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.


The facility is located at 355 Todd Road NW, Puyallup.  This position will report to that location and is not eligible for hybrid work due to the nature of the responsibilities.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the training calendar for the shared spaces in the facility.     
  • Ensure daily trainees and visitors are properly checked in and out of the facility according to the established procedures
  • Ensure all personnel visiting the facility have reviewed and signed relevant safety information and instruction documentation
  • Maintain facility documentation and work with Supervisors to update when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in spreadsheet, databases, and word processing applications.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to track and coordinate multiple complex projects.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects and deliver work products to meet deadlines.

The pay range for this position is $70,200.00 - $99,800.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
