PSE's Corporate Shared Services team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Supplier Risk Analyst position!

Job Description

Responsible for managing critical/strategic suppliers of PSE according to the supplier segmentation model, including administration of contractor onboarding/off boarding processes and supplier risk management systems. Administers and tracks Supplier Risk Programs; ensures mitigation and action plans are developed and executed while maintaining accurate documentation in relevant systems.

 

Supports key strategic Supplier Business Reviews with Procurement, Materials Supply Chain and other stakeholders. Provides key supplier risk data to stakeholders and ensures data integrity across platforms. Manages day-to-day administrative functions of contractor lifecycle management tools and supplier risk systems, including user access, system updates, and reporting.Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports Supplier ESG, Procurement, and Material Supply Chain to segment Suppliers and identify Supplier Management Plans as it pertains to Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
  • Perform third party risk lifecycle including conducting risk assessments, reporting results, developing findings, working with supplier stakeholders on remediation plans when necessary.
    • Develop Supplier Risk Scorecards.
    • Monitor and report on potential risks for key suppliers.
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration between internal stakeholders on third party risk.
  • Provide relevant stakeholders with accurate and insightful analysis on relevant supplier information/data to enable fact-based discussions between Suppliers and internal teams, promote effective communications, and enhance supplier relationships.
    • Support Supplier Business Reviews.
    • Support resolution of non-delivery or service issues with suppliers; coordinate supplier risk meetings between Suppliers and internal stakeholders where required.
    • Assist Category/Sourcing Managers in resolution of critical TPRM supply issues or coverage gaps as needed, helping to identify and qualify potential Supplier(s) to fill the gap and minimize disruption to the business.
  • Administer and track Supplier Risk Management Programs; ensure mitigation and action plans are developed and executed.
  • Works hands-on with cross enterprise including legal, procurement, materials, information technology, safety, quality, business continuity, disaster recovery, and compliance.
    • Adhere to company-wide Supplier Quality policies, procedures, processes and/or reporting requirements.
  • Manage contractor lifecycle management tools and supplier risk systems, including maintaining user access, system updates, and generating reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, supply management, business administration, engineering or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Supplier Management or a related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Presentation and negotiation skills are required
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively, both as a team member and independently
  • Ability to drive supplier compliance to agreed upon requirements 
  • Understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process and downstream operations
  • Ability to network and cultivate a productive working relationship with customer representatives and third-party vendors 
  • Negotiation skills and demonstrated conflict resolution skills 
  • Ability to identify, assess and mitigate risk
  • Ability to present complex topics in an effective and concise manner to broad-based audiences including various levels of management
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
     

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with risk management principles and third-party risk assessment processes
  • Experience in supplier contracting onboarding and off-boarding system solutions
  • Experience administering supplier risk management and contractor lifecycle management systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting user access, system configurations, and reporting tools
  • Experience in collecting, manipulating, interpreting, and cleansing data across multiple platforms
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills to recognize, comprehend and assess data, complex issues, and industry information
  • Understanding of Procurement, Material Supply Chain, and Risk governance, processes and policies
  • Experience in documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures for system administration
  • Familiarity with eProcurement Source-to-Pay tools desirable
  • Experience coordinating system implementations, updates, and user training preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholder requests and system support tickets

The pay range for this position is $74,000.00 - $111,900.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
