PSE's Customer Energy Mgmt & Renewables team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Senior Product Marketing Analyst position!

Job Description
Develop and drive PSE’s product positioning, go-to market (GTM) and growth strategies to support the development, launch and ongoing operation of energy efficient programs and services, such as residential, multifamily and commercial rebates, and other new clean energy programs in development for residential and commercial customers. Support the Product Development process by developing and implementing GTM and product launch strategies that enable customer enrollment and participation. Optimize positioning of existing products to integrate with new product offerings and maximize growth potential. Partner with Marketing Communications to implement GTM and program launch/growth strategies to meet annual goals and help drive key corporate clean energy and carbon reduction objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the GTM work stream for assigned programs and services including: crafting of positioning; identifying target markets; documenting marketing requirements; articulating goals and objectives; establishing success metrics; and ensuring an optimal customer experience.
- Coordinate with Customer Insights to conduct relevant market research, identify target audiences, develop segmentation and propensity models, and test messaging.
- Collaborate with Programs Managers to set annual program growth targets, success metrics, and marketing requirements, to drive tactical planning process in coordination with Marketing Communications.
- Identify and execute opportunities for product bundling and integrated GTM strategies in coordination with Product Development and other departments.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration to drive alignment in customer strategies and corporate initiatives.
- Assist in the development and optimization of internal processes and templates to more effectively collaborate with Product Development, Customer Clean Energy Solutions, Marketing Communications and other teams.
- Support continual collateral update needs in conjunction with program teams and Marketing
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, planning, public policy, or other relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in market/program/product analysis, research, or evaluation
- Relevant utility experience beyond the minimum requirement may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Can work independently to complete complex projects with limited direct supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to synthesize data and other information into clear, actionable deliverables
- Ability to work well with others, take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, other presentation and analytical tools
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in product/program and/or B2B marketing, or other relevant experience.
- Keen understanding of utility operations and how customers interact with PSE.
- Ability to build trust and support positive intercommunications between a wide range of workgroups

The pay range for this position is $94,300.00 - $156,900.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
