Job Description
Puget Sound Energy Bothell, WA seeks an Senior Application Configuration Analysts, responsible for Diagnose complex problems and develop and implement specialized technical requirements in specific environments. Effectively understand relevant business processes so that they can be modeled in internal systems with the use of MS SQL Server and SQL.
Configuring SAP Work Manager, SAP Cloud Platform and manage version upgrades for the application by performing complex and demanding tasks dealing with the analysis, design, configuration, development and implementation of solutions serving business line and functional units.
Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

Job Responsibilities
Performing Click Software/Salesforce Click Schedule product configuration and integration with SAP in order to maintain or develop complex application components (analysis, design, development and implementation of solutions) based on functional requirements in specialized technical environments. Lead coordination and facilitate interactive analysis and design sessions with representatives of SAP PM / SAP ABAP / SAP PI/PO modules business line and functional units. Carry out detailed system design and write functional and technical requirements/specs, develop test plans and apply testing and quality monitoring procedures. Provide guidance to business and functional units in developing test scripts for all test cycles and execute them using HP/ALM and Tricentis QTest and prepare training plans and materials. Creating and managing the SharePoint project sites to provide day-to-day support to users and to lower-level developers, as well as drive improved user productivity through developing and implementing new business process and systems solutions. Lead other team members as required during the development cycle of assigned projects. Responsible for the identification and resolution of gaps in the business processes and be involved in security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation in the implementation of KloudGin workforce scheduling. Specify and apply testing and quality monitoring procedures. Participate at the departmental level in line organization initiatives, tactics and strategies to act as a liaison from the line organizations to IT for continued development of the internal systems using Splunk monitoring and reporting. Provide leadership and mentoring to subordinates. Participate in project initiation and define high-level requirements. Work collaboratively with Project Management to organize and lead the development effort. Assist in tailoring the development process to meet the project needs and assist project managers in scheduling, budget tasks and defines high-level requirements using Azure DevOps. Mentor others and monitor other business or technical analysts in project software development methods and processes and align these processes with project needs. Provide technology direction to business for tactical approaches. Establish and manage moderate sized project plans. Working with Microsoft Windows Server administration to manage interface activities with middleware systems and processes that connect to core systems. Work to create Centers of Excellence based on best practices and act as a champion in standards and methodology governance, performing code, design and standard reviews for others within the department using waterfall and agile methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires Bachelor’s (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field and five (5) yrs. (post-degree, progressive) experience in Job Offered or Related occupation. Experience must have been gained in the Utilities industries specifically and included Use of Configuring SAP Work Manager, SAP Cloud Platform and manage version upgrades; Working in SAP PM , SAP ABAP , SAP PI/PO modules; Performing Click Software/Salesforce Click Schedule product configuration and integration with SAP; Use of KloudGin workforce scheduling; Writing and executing test scripts for all test cycles using HP/ALM and Tricentis QTest; Project management experience using waterfall and agile methodologies; Use of Azure DevOps; Use of MS SQL Server and SQL; Creating and managing the SharePoint project sites; Working with Microsoft Windows Server administration; and Use of Splunk monitoring and reporting. $162,531/yr.

The pay range for this position is $162,531. - $162,531., and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
