PSE's Customer Care team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Performance and Change Management position!

Job Description

Analyzes, trends, forecasts, and tracks business area performance in support of business transformation initiatives that result in organizational change. Utilizes process improvement techniques to understand the inputs, outputs and overall end-to-end business processes.  Supports project teams and others in the organization to ensure that change management techniques used are consistent enterprise-wide.

May support a portfolio of medium sized projects.

 

Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

Job Responsibilities

  • Works as an integral part of PSE initiative and project teams, sub teams, and/or associated consultants and vendors on a broad variety of cross-organization initiatives with a focus on achieving sustainable results.
  • Builds relationships and networks that extend throughout the company. Shares knowledge with team members.
  • Participates in emergency response efforts as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or technology; or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
  • 2 years’ experience utilizing high-involvement process improvement or change management techniques/tools.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment on multiple projects.
  • Ability to take initiative and follow through on assigned responsibilities with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) at all levels with the ability to present information in a professional manner.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing small projects and teams to achieve a business need.
