PSE's IT Application Solutions team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Manager of Information Technology (M2) -SAP CIS position!

Job Description

PSE is looking for a Manager SAP CIS to lead a team of employees and contractors to plan, organize and direct work related to the SAP ECC 6.0 & CRM 4.0 platform.  In this role, the SAP Manager will be responsible for SAP platform functionality for integrating business processes across various systems, databases and sources.  The ideal candidate is someone who has thorough knowledge in the design, integration and support of SAP ECC 6.0 and CRM 4.0 systems (functional areas within the ISU Module – Billing, FICA and Device Management as well as Front Office / CI in the CRM system  aligning these technologies with other internal systems to solve and support current business and future initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

This position is accountable for managing teams with responsibility for performance evaluation, salary review, hiring, and other performance related decisions.  

The SAP Manager will also be looked upon to contribute to the strategy, delivery and maintenance of PSE’s SAP ECC ISU and CRM modules, while managing Service Level Agreements and all aspects of systems analysis, design, development, installation, maintenance and enhancement for mission-critical application systems(s) in an SAP based landscape.  It is an expectation that this role understand Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, keeps current with industry trends and best practices, keeps IT and business customers informed, stays current with corporate needs and plans for where SAP technologies can provide solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
•    7 years of experience managing or leading teams in strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT system, application, infrastructure service or other technology areas. With experience in management demonstrating: 
    o    5 years’ detailed understanding and SAP experience: in driving strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems. Knowledge of SAP data dictionary and common SAP tables.
    o    5 years of applicable focused SAP applications experience and at least 3 years of SAP project management experience, using the ASAP or waterfall methodology for SAP project delivery. 
    o    A demonstrable track record of working successfully with technical support personnel, end users and business management.
    o    3 full life cycle implementations of SAP and/or support-Stack upgrades.
    o    Experience in production support 
•    Ability to lead a team working on multiple projects
•    Solid understanding of project and software development using ASAP, Waterfall and Agile methodologies and can demonstrate proficiency in the applied use of systems and process analysis tools. Full system life cycle experience, including software development lifecycle methodologies.
•    Ability to work across all levels of the organization, both technical, non-technical and management. 
•    Experience in information systems, operations, architecture, configuration, or other area relevant to successful SAP implementation, working in systems analysis and support or equivalent role. 
•    Experience with Configuring, testing and managing SAP Billing, Front Office, call center, Dunning, EMMA, Device management processes
•    Extensive knowledge of multiple functional areas in the SAP environment including but not limited to:
    o    IS-U (Utilities)
        -Front Office / WebIC
        -Device Management
    o    SD (Sales and Distribution)
    o    SAP AMI solution
    o    SAP Solution Manager
    o    SAP Transport Management

Desired Qualifications

•    Advanced degree in computer science or Operations. 
•    Oversight of an SAP Center of Excellence. 
•    Release Management
•    PMP certification.
•    Additional SAP module certifications.
•    OpenText Archive Server and OpenText SreamServe for Document Presentation
•    SAP MCF (Multi Channel Foundation)
•    SAP Hybris Billing Solution
•    SAP Cloud and AWS familiarity
