PSE's Corporate Communications team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open EES Program Coordinator - Marketing position!

Job Description

Responsible for the support and coordination of marketing activities. These activities include tactical execution, campaign implementation and campaign administrative support. Through excellent communication and savvy marketing and communication skills, this position will be a key member associated with the successful execution of programs, products and services.


Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

Job Responsibilities

  • Builds strong relationships with internal constituents.
  • Liaison between channel leads and Marketing Program Managers on channel execution.
  • Oversees campaign deliverables, work back schedule, production grids.
  • Copywriting, copyediting, proofing and QA for marketing materials including web and social media.
  • Oversees marketing material production process with creative/brand team (design, video, multimedia).
  • Facilitates creative review, feedback and approvals process with Marketing Program Managers and Program/Product teams.
  • Liaison with web team on updates and new content builds.
  • Budget and expense tracking and invoice processing - feeds up into Marketing Program Manager actuals and forecast reports for Program/Product teams; includes tracking channels expenses and invoices.
  • Coordinates reporting across channels for Marketing Program Manager reporting to Program/Product teams and campaign optimization.
  • Content idea pitching and development and web content oversight and execution.
  • Coordinates training activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience with program coordinator and/or management, planning & budgetary responsibility.
  • 2 years of experience in planning with some budgeting responsibilities.
  • Experience in communications campaign.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvement efforts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation and analytical skills.
  • Experience providing an excellent customer service experience.
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings including set-up and day-of logistics.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

Desired Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of energy markets and experience in the utility industry.
  • Marketing/sales experience.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge, mathematical and analytic skills.
  • Desire to work in team environment.
