As Washington State’s largest utility, PSE has hired interns and recent graduates for over 20 years. Our goal is to create an inclusive and diverse workforce while empowering students to start their career at PSE. We believe interns and new graduates are fundamental in shaping the future of PSE.

Internship Program: As a college student, internships can form and influence your career. Interns at PSE are provided hands-on opportunities to work on real projects that shape the future of energy while gaining experience in Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Museum, Corporate Services and more. PSE interns benefit from mentors dedicated to helping them learn new skills, network, and develop their professional goals.

Recent Graduates: PSE hires year round for entry level roles suitable for new graduates including opportunities in Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Corporate Services and more. We consider recent graduates and anyone who has 0-16 months of work experience after successfully completing high school/GED, technical degree, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree. Examples of new graduate roles include Engineer in Training (EIT), associate level opportunities, and administrative roles.
